2022 China Automotive Supply Chain Conference and the First China New Energy Intelligent Connected Vehicle Ecological Conference will be held on June 27

from June 27 to 29, 2022, the \”2022 China Automotive Supply Chain
Conference and the First China New Energy Intelligent Connected Vehicle
Ecological Conference\” (after this referred to as the \”Supply Chain
Conference\”) will be held in Wuhan, Hubei. Organized by the Sports Centre.

According to reports, the theme
of this conference is \”Integration, Innovation, Green Development –
Creating a New Ecology of China\’s Auto Industry\”, and the \”Automotive
Supply Chain Strategy Summit\” will be one of the essential highlights of
this conference. The content of this conference consists of
\”T+1+6+X\”, namely 1 strategic summit, 1 main conference forum, 6
sub-forums and X activities.

The main forum of the conference
focuses on the theme of the meeting through guest keynote speeches and
the release of outstanding innovations in China\’s auto supply chain in 2022 to
fully demonstrate the new ecology of my country\’s auto supply chain. The 6
sub-forum themes cover the current hot topics in the new ecological
construction of the automotive supply chain and discuss new energy, The
future ecological construction and industry countermeasures of the intelligent
networked automobile industry.

Cui Dongshu, secretary-general of
the Passenger Federation, previously stated that in 2021, the global sales of
generalized new energy passenger vehicles will reach 9.37 million
units. Among them, the international sales of new energy vehicles in the narrow
sense of plug-in hybrid, pure electric and fuel cell reached 6.23 million
units, a year-on-year increase of 118%.

Cui Dongshu pointed out that in
the whole year 2021, China\’s new energy passenger vehicle world share will
be 53%, of which it will reach 60% in the fourth quarter. Previously,
\”China\’s new energy passenger vehicle world share reached 51% in 19 years.
However, affected by the policy environment and the epidemic in 2020, the world
position of China\’s new energy vehicle market has dropped to 41%, and Europe\’s
overtaking trend is obvious.\”

Electric Wheelco learned that
data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers show that in
December 2021, the production and sales of new energy vehicles will be 518,000
and 531,000, respectively, hitting another record high year-on-year
increases of 1.2 times and 1.1 times respectively.

In 2021, the production and sales
of new energy vehicles will be 3.545 million and 3.521 million, respectively, an
increase of 1.6 times year-on-year. The market share will reach 13.4%, 8
percentage points higher than the previous year.
